Within the legal time limit (-14 days)
You can benefit from a free return procedure within 14 days from the maximum delivery date or the date of receipt for a tracked delivery. Please contact us and do not return the items by your own means. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the book you have received and wish to return it, please attach a photo(s) to prove the condition of the book. The return costs are at our charge, we will give you a prepaid slip to stick on your package. You will then be able to drop it off at a Mondial Relay point.

The time limit starts from the maximum delivery date or the date of receipt for a tracked delivery. Unfortunately, we can not follow up on your request for return and therefore the refund of your order after this period. Indeed, according to the law, consumers in the European Union have a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
